Personally identifiable information

We may collect personal information from you in a variety of ways, including when you

  • Join as a member
  • Attend our training sessions or games

When you join our club, you may be asked for your name, phone number, email address and nationality in cases where such information would be appropriate. Your attendance at training or games is recorded, along with the amount that you have paid for each session.

Web analytics

Rileys IHC may collect and use members personal information for the following purposes:

  • To manage your membership
  • To confirm your attendance at training sessions and games
  • To confirm payments related to your membership or to provide you with a refund if necessary
  • To send you emails and or texts to keep you up-to-date about our club
  • To respond to any questions or concerns that you might have about us or your membership

We only hold accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information about you; therefore, we strongly encourage you to contact us for correcting any incomplete or inaccurate data.

We regularly review all data that is supplied and obtained to enable us to delete which is not necessary or no longer needed.

Sharing your personal information

We may share your personal contact information with other members only in limited circumstances, and only once you have provided explicit permission for us to use your information for a specified purpose. For example, lets say that a member (John Doe) is in need of a lift from another member (Joe Bloggs) in order to get to an event. If John needed Joe's phone number in order to arrange transport, we would send Joe's number to John only after receiving Joe's consent.

As per applicable data protection laws, you may have the right to access the personal information about you that Rileys IHC processes.
